1955 Ford ( Found On Road Dead )My old Vicky. My 2nd. 1955 vintage vehicle. A customized Crown Victoria, 318 cu.in. V-8 low compression as it was built for a Paxton Supercharger. Single Roll Bar, 1965 Mustang rear seat.
13" diameter Craigar mag front wheels( too tiny). 15" cheater slicks on the rear( fun in the rain = 360 degree turns at 10 MPH, now planed ). The Idaho Body man I purchased it from for $800.00 welded the front fenders to the hood and made it a tilt front end complete with bubble hood scoop. It was a real head turner but was always breaking down. Of the 36 months I own her is was drivable for almost 12 months total ( Dad was not happy having it in his garage for all that time ). The old circle 6 volt radio still worked ( all the time ).
